Here is a sample of the different in cartoons then and now. I will be looking into the images we send to kids now. I will be looking at the remakes of cartoons and new cartoons compared to the simple themes of older cartoons. More to come.
Welcome to our project for Theater 597: Issues of Censorship. Our focus is how censorship is and was used to control the lessons taught to children through television. Our primary focus is cartoons, with a small secondary focus on live-action children's programming like Sesame Street.
